I am unable to log in/ Forgotten password/ Forgotten Username
You can reset your password by going to the Airmax Driver Portal www.airmaxremote.com and click “forgotten password” and then entering the username. NOTE: Please ask the user to check their junk folder as these emails have ended up in there.
I can’t submit my Journeys/Claims for authorisation
You can only submit for authorisation if there is a valid Open Claim. You will see a digit in Red which counts how many Open Claims you have. When a new Claim period is open, you will first be notified and request you login to process.
I can’t find my Authoriser.
If you notice any of your information missing, please contact your admin to request the information to be loaded on the system.
My journeys are not saving.
You need to enter at least 2 words into the Purpose box which should be highlighted red in order for your journeys to save. This is in compliance with HMRC. The purpose should explain your trip rational.
I can’t see my trips from previous weeks.
You are most likely looking at the calendar on the dashboard which only shows the current weeks journeys. To see all of your journeys if you click Reports at the top of the screen, then click Journey Summary you should be able to see and search all of your trips so far.
